Acidity Problem ? Here are some simple home remedies...

Cumin seeds stimulate the production of pancreatic enzymes and help in digestion. They also work as a diuretic, to settle the stomach and stop flatulence.
How to use : Take 1/2 a teaspoon of crushed cumin seeds, boil it in 1 liter of fresh water for 2 minutes. Filter it and drink it in place of normal water through the day. 
The phenolic compounds in ginger are known to help relieve gastrointestinal irritation, and help in digestion.
How to use : Take a piece of ginger around 1". Peel it and crush it slightly. Boil it in 2 cups of water for 2 minutes. Strain this ginger tea and drink it 20 minutes before meal.
Cinnamon is a highly delicious spice. Cinnamon is loaded with powerful antioxidants, such as polyphenols. It helps in many ailments of human body, one of them is acidity and gastrointestinal irritation.
How to use : In 1 cup of water put 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Bring this mixture to boil. Allow it to steep for 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy this cinnamon tea twice a day for best result.

Milk has a high amount of calcium that helps it prevent acid build up and absorbs the excess acid produced, thereby reducing the symptoms of acidity. Drinking cold milk will have instant relief on burning sensation.
Have a glass of cold milk half an hour before going to bed everyday.
