to make your little ones healthy forever.
Everyday make sure, your child.....
- gets enough sleep
- eats breakfast
- enjoys eating a variety of foods - dairy, fruits, vegetables, wholesome
- drinks adequate quantity of water through the day
- goes out to play with friends
- is not in the habit of eating fried packed foods
- does not watch too much of TV or play video games
- shows interest in studies
- cultivates some kind of hobby or creativity
