Growing Up with Good Health

Good health must be nurtured from an early age. If we develop healthy eating habits as a child, it remains with us for a life time. 

Here are some simple tips 
to make your little ones healthy forever.

Everyday make sure, your child.....
  • gets enough sleep
  • eats breakfast 
  • enjoys eating a variety of foods - dairy, fruits, vegetables, wholesome 
  • drinks adequate quantity of water through the day
  • goes out to play with friends
  • is not in the habit of eating fried packed foods
  • does not watch too much of TV or play video games 
  • shows interest in studies
  • cultivates some kind of hobby or creativity
